Moxy Goods Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Unused items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For health, hygiene, and pet-use reasons, items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or exposed to pet hair, odors, stains, or wear may not be eligible for return.
To start a return, contact us at support@moxygoods.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
